I attempted to extract the original teachings of the Buddha from the Nikayas in order to guide myself through the mental repair necessary following the pharmaceutical-induced psychosis of the 88 hells. I combined these with self regulation methods to hold things together for a while but the damage done by aripiprazole was too great and it took another prescription med to repair it properly.
