I attempted to extract the original teachings of the Buddha from the Nikayas in order to guide myself through the mental repair necessary following my aripiprazole-induced psychosis in the 88 hells. I combined these with the self regulation methods to hold the ship together for a while longer, but the damage done by the pharmaceutical was too great and could only be repaired by another anti-psychotic in the end.
