I am not buddhist but I have nothing but respect for the buddha. The b-man is my senpai and his pairs are what saw me through the 88 hells. The dhamma could do with a quick dusting-off for the modern age; this is part of my own cultivation as I travel the path and if the classical translations are more to your liking you can find them here. 

I am viewing this through the eyes of a neurodivergent athlete who helped build AI companies for 12 years and has a layman's understanding of neuroscience and buddhism. I am using direct transitions of the Pāli canon as my source. B-man would approve: he clearly said that language is but a tool, and rites and rituals are not to be clung to.

An ethical framework is absolutely essential if you want to wind up in one of the heavens and not in one of the hells.
