nibbana = The unconditioned reality I experienced. This is the only word I have found which can explain it adequately and I am using it somewhat provocatively to try to promote interest and research.
upgrade = The consolidation of life lessons and removal of trauma that occurs after an encounter with nibbana. Other names include kenshō, stream-entry, eureka, and 'enlightenment' but that's reserved for the biggie and I doubt anyone can claim it in the modern world.
dvar = Dopamine variability. 1.0 = maximal. The antisness you feel after too much stimulation, when in fight-or-flight, etc. This is something I intuited in the 88 hells, and I think tonic dopamine decreases it while phasic dopamine increases it.
tda = Tonic dopamine. 1.0 = maximal. Overall motivation, energy and wellbeing.
cmem = Churn memory. 1.0 = full (meltdown). The amount of threads you have running in your mind at once. See clearingcmem.
dsn = Estimated levels of tonic (d)opamine, (s)erotonin and (n)orepenephrine. d = motivation, energy; s = silky-smooth, tolerant and warm; n = perceived threat, sticky thoughts, anxiety. Scale of 0 to 5.
ap, d, dn, eq = Arising & Passing, Dissolution, Dark Night, Equanimity. Well-established cycles in Buddhist insight; often mistaken for bipolar disorder.
htlp = High-tonic low-phasic dopamine. A state of utter confidence and compulsion.
d-hole = The point where your craving reaches critical mass and you become unable to escape addiction itself. d is for dopamine.
audhd = Combined presentation of adhd and asd. I have to stress that all mentions of adhd, asd and audhd are obviously talking about my personal presentation. These conditions need real testing-based diagnostic criteria, which is part of the reason for this project.
I tend to write in a declarative style of 'this is' instead of 'this might be'. At the same time I question everything and actively want to be corrected when I am wrong.
If something is glaringly incorrect, please contact me. I prefer to know when my fly is open.
