it totally destroyed me for 50 days and I don't think many people need it and I definitely don't think many people would psychically survive what I went though (though that's because of endogenous stuff I think). I am still on day-2 post-experience so not 'normal' by a long shot, but I think the kundalini event I triggered while under the influence of ari completely rewired my synapses. It's impossible to describe; like being a child again.
And that makes sense if you think of age and tiredness and shittiness as being dopamine accumulating in the receptor or whatever.
I think ari is just like a mental enema for your dopamine receptors. Once every 10 years, you go for 3 weeks to an island and do some ari, then taper off and come home. Ayahuascua, but without the hallucination.
