tda high = anything goes
low = easier pace
dvar high = exercise, movements, vocalisation
low = focus-meditation and trying for the jhānas
cmem high = write, offload memory, high-stimulation meditions
low = focus-meditation
phys physical recovery. low = rest, high = exercise
priorities 1 - memory offload when cmem is full (prevent meltdown)
2 - regulation when high dvar (increase wellbeing)
3 - focus meditation when low-dvar (flush detritus, reprogram sim)
